The Challenge

In 2016, KORI Youth Charity was growing its work with young people, but fundraising was proving difficult and time-consuming. The charity needed financial steering and bespoke support during a demanding period.

The Approach

Moracle provided comprehensive financial support while also extending the relationship beyond conventional accountancy. Young people referred by KORI who aspired to careers in accountancy received training and paid work experience, aligning service delivery with Moracle's wider mission.

The Outcome

Financial stability was restored. One young person received over a year of training and has started studying for professional exams. Another joined as an apprentice. Moracle also began training young accountants from KORI's partner organisation, Daughters of Africa Foundation in The Gambia.

The Relationship

The relationship became an example of Moracle's integrated model: financial guidance, skills development, and long-term opportunity creation working together rather than separately.
