Born from a belief that accountancy could be more

Founded in 2008, Moracle was born from a conviction that accountancy could transcend compliance and number-crunching. Our founder, Morlai Kargbo FCCA, brought together 11 years of experience at a leading London firm — including service as Audit Manager — with a passion for transformational thinking.

This vision gave rise to what we call Mindset Accountancy — a philosophy that places people, growth, and genuine partnership at the heart of every engagement.
